We are an independent organisation here at JWM COMMERCIAL and we provide advice on a variety of Commercial and Quantity Surveying activities in the Construction Industry.
We can do either Budget, (approximate), or Accurate, (with bills of quantities), Take Offs of quantities for your own Estimating purposes and advise or assist on current rates.
Where required these activities can also include advice relating to the operation and implementation of Estimating, Measuring and Drawing Software packages that are being offered on the Market.
If Clients wish JWM COMMERCIAL to assist and advise on any product that they believe may enhance their efficiency then we will review these packages, (wherever possible), to independently advise on their suitability.
